FRONT TEETH REPLACEMENT WITH

Large peri apical cyst involving teeth number 12,12,21,21.
Cyst along with the involved teeth were removed. Cavity was debrided and two basal implants were placed.
Bony defect was filled with bone graft and membrane.
Immediate temporary teeth was given.
